Employees recognized for years of service at Associated Electric Cooperative

At its recent annual employee recognition event, Associated Electric Cooperative recognized employees celebrating decades of service with the cooperative in 2019.

Among those marking significant milestones in 2019 are:

Robin McEntire, senior accounts payable clerk, and Mark Woodson, senior manager, member services and economic development, based at the Springfield headquarters office.

At New Madrid Power Plant are:

Joseph Albright, Abrie “AJ” Miller, and Scott Riley, all yard equipment operators, will celebrate 25 years with Associated this year.

Ralph Palmer, training manager, will celebrate 30 years with Associated in 2019.

Michael Sims, warehouseman, will celebrate 40 years with Associated this year.

Steve Cummins, journeyman mechanic, will celebrate 45 years with Associated in 2019.

At Thomas Hill Energy Center:

Hermann Kruessel, control room operator with training; Julio Lenzini, warehouseman; James “Mike” McKenzie, mechanical maintenance supervisor; and Lee Walker, control room operator with training, will celebrate 30 years with Associated this year.

Michael Cannan, yard equipment operator; Arnold Compton, coal yard superintendent; James Kraft, coal yard  supervisor; Terry Linebaugh, yard equipment operator; and Gerald Teter, yard equipment operator, will celebrate 35-year anniversaries in 2019.

Charles Wilhite, operations maintenance specialist, will celebrate his 40-year anniversary in 2019.
