Associated Electric Cooperative achieves Great Place to Work certification

Associated Electric Cooperative has earned certification as a Great Place to Work based on employee responses to a 2021 engagement survey, which resulted in an 83% average favorable response.

The Great Place to Work survey enables organizations to measure engagement and trust results by departments, divisions and work locations. Associated leaders will use the survey data to improve and maintain organizational strengths.

The certification also showcases Associated’s strong employee pride and retention.
