ELG rule compliance data and information

As a member-owned cooperative, Associated Electric Cooperative focuses on serving its members with responsible, affordable, reliable electricity that is balanced with environmental stewardship of our natural resources.

Associated has a strong, proactive record of compliance with pertinent local, state and federal environmental regulations, including the Effluent Limitation Guidelines (ELG) rule. In accordance with that rule, this website provides information on our wastewater data at Thomas Hill Energy Center. The required information will be posted when it is available.
